Nationalization to become part of TON n.c in 1948

In 1948 it comes to nationalization of the operation of the firm and transfer under TON, a national company owned by the state. František Sádlík still works here, invents and patents new ideas related to improving manufacturing process and designing new tools - for example benders for wood, those we still work with nowadays.
